REQUEST A RESERVATION

Thank you for your interest in the JAARS Camp Aero!
The following reservation form will get you started on your journey to grow in your understanding of missions and mission aviation.

NOTE:
We are no longer taking reservations for CrossVenture|Village or CrossVenture|Coastal

Camp Aero Applications/Reservations are now open.

You should hear back from our reservations team within 48 hours of submitting your request.
Individual applications for Aero are processed on a first-come basis and selection is finalized by mid March.

Please note that your application/reservation is just a place holder. We have limited space and will make final camp selections by March 1st, 2025.
Once selections are made you will have two weeks to lock in your place with a $200 non-refundable deposit.

- We agree to provide an accompanying adult for every 4-6 minors (under 18).
- We guarantee to have a minimum total of 12 participants (if requesting an alternate date to one of our scheduled events).
- We understand that if we have less than 12 participants (for a "requested date"), we may be asked to share the CrossVenture experience with another small group.
- If our chosen dates are full, please add our group to a waiting list for next year. We understand that we will be given date preference according to where we are on the wait list.

I understand that filling out this form does not guarantee my acceptance to CrossVenture|Aero. Space is very limited at CrossVenture|Aero, so we want to reserve this camp for only those who are seriously interested in missionary aviation. This form is only an application to attend. You will be notified if selected. Please contact us with any questions.

All flight instruction is required to comply with TSA Security screening. This requires that you are able to establish your US citizenship by providing one of the following:
