A 40-minute helicopter flight saves two days of travel to a hospital.
Interesting Fact:
The primary purpose of this landing pad is to support a remote Baptist health clinic, operated by a small staff of Cameroonians. At other sites in the area, the helicopter uses soccer fields for landing. There are believers in the area, and the language spoken there, Ipulo, is part of a cluster language project along with three neighboring languages, Iceve, Ugare and Iyive. They hope for Bible translation to start soon, but face many challenges which make for slow progress. Please pray!
