The purpose of the trip is to provide meaningful care, instruction, and recreation for the children of missionary families who are gathering for a time of networking, skills building, fellowship, and spiritual encouragement.

Daily high temperatures are level around 85°F, and it is overcast or mostly cloudy about 85% of the time.

Recommended Immunizations

Childhood Immunizations: MMR (measles-mumps-rubella; series of 2), DTP (diptheria-tetanus-pertussis; series of 5), varicella (chickenpox; series of 2), polio (series of 4)
Tetanus booster within the past 10 years
Annual Flu Vaccine (influenza)
Shingles (if over 50 years old)
Hepatitus A (series of 2) & B (series of 3)
Yellow Fever (required)
Typhoid (injectable or oral)
Meningitis (CDC recommends when visiting this time of year)
Rabies
Malaria (Recommended prophylactics include Malarone or Doxycycline)
COVID (Full vaccine series of 2 if Pfizer or Moderna plus booster recommended for all travelers 16 years of age or older
